Verso Spin-off Fund I completes exit from Atrinet with an exceptional return of over 200x invested capital
Verso Spin-off Fund I has completed its exit from Atrinet after a two-stage exit process: a partial exit through a carve-out of Atrinet’s NetACE™ business sold to ServiceNow in February 2024, followed by a final exit completed in December 2025.
The exit continued the exceptionally strong performance of Verso Spin-off Fund I with a Money on Invested Capital (MOIC) multiple of over 200x invested capital for the Atrinet investment.
