Jutta is an experienced financial analyst, joining Verso from Deloitte where she has been in the M&A Transaction services team for the past 3 years.

She has a strong background in financial due diligence on domestic and international target companies in conjunction with M&A transactions (buy and sell-side advisory) including financial analysis on historic and forecast financials, NWC-, Net debt- and Quality of Earnings -analysis, preparing and conducting target management interviews, and reporting financial analysis findings and potential risks to clients.
